Attorney, R. T. Willis brings his experience and aggressive
defense strategies to task while handling all state and federal criminal
matters. Our law offices have experience defending the rights of people
arrested and accused of various criminal offenses. We handle all types
of criminal cases, from minor infractions and misdemeanors, such as

drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny,
white-collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, and arson.
DWI:
The penalties for driving while intoxicated in Texas
have never been more severe then they are now. For example, DWI is the
only misdemeanor criminal offense for which you cannot receive deferred
adjudication. New laws now require that if your license is suspended
for DWI, you will be required to pay a minimum of $1,000 per year for
three years just to keep your license. There are other new laws imposing
more stringent penalties for DWI convictions. Call one of our offices
to discuss your options today.

Being
arrested...
If you are arrested and brought to a police station you will probably
be asked questions by the police. You should be very careful about answering
police questions orally, in writing or on video. It is true that whatever
you say may be used against you! If you speak to the police about what
happened you may actually help their case against you. While honesty
and co-operation are normally good character traits, answering police
questions or volunteering information may prove harmful to you in the
final resolution of your criminal case. Hire an attorney immediately!
